We continued our work on the content and interviews for the international media by going through all footage from the past two months since Hurricane Irma as well as edit over 20 interviews we did last week. All footage and interviews were then sent to the media for positive stories about St. Maarten.

Prime Distributors donated another 25 boxes of Chicken Franks and we delivered them to the I Can and New Start Foster Homes, UJIMA, Mental Health Foundation, Turning Point, and Safe Haven.
Compiling the donated items from Prime and supplementing it with our prior stock, we delivered food items to UJIMA, I Can Foster Home, Dr. J Crisis Center, Mental Health Foundation, Turning Point and St. Maarten Youth Council to last them one week.

Our deliveries of food packages last week taught us that there is a lot of persons on the island still needing basic necessities, due to unemployment, immobility etc. We made 125 more food bags and delivered food packages to more elderly and persons who lost their homes in St. Peters as well as residents of Fort Willem. We were made aware of the need for help for food by the Hope Estate Senior Citizens Recreational Center and delivered 55 food bags to the elderly who visit the center.

We delivered almost 40 boxes and cases of canned goods, rice and pasta to Sundial for 50 families of students and staff at both MPC and Sundial who have been hit hard by the Hurricane.

As we move between storages, Windward Roads and the Coast Guard donated their flatbeds to assist us in moving about 15 pallets of goods to our new storage.

Kat of Arena Base Cafe continues to keep us fed daily with lunch for our volunteers who work tirelessly.
